As a Life Insurance Agent with The Agent’s Office®, you aren’t just selling policies; you are securing legacies. This role is for the ambitious professional who wants the safety of a W2 base salary but the aggressive upside of a commission-driven producer.

The “Stewardship Dividend” (Year 2+)

In P&C insurance, agents live for renewals. In Life Insurance, renewals are small—so we created something better. We reward you for Business Quality and Retention.

💰 The Stewardship Dividend

Starting Year 2, producers who maintain an 85% persistency rate are eligible for a quarterly dividend based on 2.5% of their previous 12-month active Annualized Premium. This aligns your long-term income with the long-term health of your clients.

Your Mission

  • Generate: Actively create new business via outbound calls, referrals, and strategic relationship building.
  • Attract: Use social media and video messaging to position yourself as a trusted authority.
  • Consult: Lead values-based conversations to uncover financial goals, not just sell products.
  • Design: Craft custom strategies using Term, Whole Life, and IULs to maximize value for the client and revenue for you.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Licensed: Active Texas Life & Health Insurance License (Required).
  • Experienced: 2+ years of sales experience (Financial Services preferred).
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first remote environment.
  • Motivated: You want the security of a base but are hungry for the 50% upside.
  • Aligned: You value Integrity, Stewardship, and Excellence above a quick sale.
