Location: This position is open to candidates who live in the state of TX.
Compensation Package Includes:
- Commission-only pay structure with uncapped earning potential
- Industry-leading 60% commissions
- Eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives

- An annual bonus based on individual and company performance
- Monthly bonus based on personal sales volume

Responsibilities
At The Agent’s Office, our Life Insurance Agents play a vital role in helping clients secure their financial futures. When you join our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Advise clients on comprehensive life insurance solutions tailored to their needs
- Provide solutions to problems uncovered through conversations with prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prospect new business, follow-up and close sales consistently
- Attend daily trainings on new techniques, concepts and sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support

Training Details: Training is extensive and mandatory, with weekly meetings on Monday and Wednesday at 8:30a and daily training sessions at 4:00pm that cover industry knowledge, sales techniques, lead generation and client management. The length of trainings and meetings varies but is designed to ensure your success as a Life Insurance Agent. Meetings and trainings will be conducted via Zoom and participants are required to have cameras on during this time.
Work Environment: This is a 100% remote 1099 role, meaning you will be employed as an independent contractor and work from home. For a successful work environment, you will be asked to have a reliable source of internet.
Qualifications
Our Life Insurance Agents demonstrate the following skills in their day-to-day work:
- Valid life insurance license in the state of TX
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Passionate about helping clients achieve financial peace of mind
- Ability to ask quality open-ended questions to uncover pain points.
- Experience in sales or financial services is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple computer applications if needed
- Thrives on accountability to yourself, your team, and your schedule
- Decision-making and technical expertise
