Work-from-home insurance jobs, built for North Texas agents.
The Agent’s Office® is a truly independent insurance agency in Frisco, hiring licensed agents to work with us — not for us, and not as part of an aggregator. Every role is 100% remote, and you’ll have a real team in your corner from day one.
The Agent’s Office® hires fully remote, work-from-home insurance agents throughout North Texas — Frisco, Dallas, Plano, McKinney, Denton, and the wider DFW area — and statewide across Texas. We’re a truly independent agency, hiring licensed P&C and life agents to join the team and grow with us.
Open remote agent roles
Both agent roles are fully remote, 1099, and commission-only. We’re direct about that on purpose — these are seats for self-starters who’d rather grow their income with their effort than cap it at a salary.
Remote Property & Casualty Agent
A work-from-home agent role across personal and commercial lines, with a four-tier ladder that advances automatically on what you produce — not on tenure.
- Fully remote — work from home anywhere in Texas
- The ladder: advance automatically as your production grows
- Same rate, every sale — your tier rate pays regardless of lead source
- Fast-start bonus up to $5,000 in your first 100 days
- Texas P&C agent license required at time of hire
Remote Life Insurance Agent
Advise families and business owners on permanent life, IUL, term, and final expense — and choose the compensation plan that pays you most for the way you actually sell.

Every agent role comes with your own lead-generation landing page
Both agent roles include a personalized, branded landing page built for you to drive your own traffic — plus a custom lead-capture form on that page that sends every lead directly to you. It’s a real head start on filling your pipeline, with the agency’s technology and infrastructure behind it. (Client Service Representatives are supported differently; the landing page and lead form are an agent perk.)
The role behind happy clients
Not every role is a sales seat. Our remote Client Service Representative is the steady hand behind client care — an hourly, supported position rather than a commission one.
Remote Client Service Representative
Process endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements; handle inbound client questions by phone, email, and chat; and support agents with billing and document prep across personal and commercial lines — all from home.
