Property & Casualty Agent
Help individuals and business owners find coverage across personal and commercial lines. Build lasting client relationships and advance through Agent, Premier Agent, and Signature Agent.

T12 means the trailing 12 months. Tier credit uses eligible new-business written premium on policies still active. Tier advancement follows the written compensation agreement; existing policies retain their original rates.

Life Insurance Agent
Help families and business owners with permanent life, IUL, term, and final expense. One consistent producer percentage applies across qualifying life business.
Dollar amounts vary by carrier and product. The 60% rate applies to eligible carrier-paid commission, not to policy premium. Bonus eligibility follows the written compensation agreement.

- Ready to advise: an active Texas life insurance license and applicable carrier training and appointments are required.
P&C rate categories: Property includes home, condo, renters, landlord/dwelling, flood, and standalone commercial property. Auto & other P&C includes personal/commercial auto, liability, workers’ compensation, cyber, umbrella, and BOP/commercial package policies. BOP and package policies use the auto & other P&C rate for the full eligible premium.
P&C Premier & Signature: support that grows with your production
A personalized public agent page, an initial order of 100 branded business cards, and up to $150 per month in lead-purchase reimbursement begin at Premier. Eligible lead purchases require supported invoices. Benefits follow the written program and your current tier and engagement status.
Experiences worth earning
Written programs may offer luxury weekends for two, premium sporting-event or concert tickets, and other exclusive experiences suited to remote agents.
Premier: recognition opportunities up to $2,000 per approved award. Signature: opportunities up to $5,000 per approved award. Eligibility and awards follow the applicable written recognition program.
Experiences are earned under offered written programs and require continued engagement through fulfillment. Award limits are not cash allowances or guaranteed annual trips.
Turn weekly activity into reward opportunities
The first spin starts at 500 verified points in a week and requires attendance at each of the five most recent held team meetings. Additional spins, streaks, prizes, and payment terms follow the advance written program.
Video meetings are offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30 AM Central on Microsoft Teams. Attendance is voluntary; it is a qualification condition for Success Quest spins only.

Can I work from home anywhere in Texas?
Yes. The open agent roles are remote across Texas, including Frisco, Dallas, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Celina, Denton, and the wider DFW area. Our team is headquartered at Frisco Station, 6160 Warren Parkway, Suite 100, Frisco, TX 75034.
What are the P&C producer commission rates?
Agent, Premier Agent, and Signature Agent earn 6%, 6.5%, and 7%, respectively, on eligible collected new-business premium for auto and other P&C. Property rates are 5%, 5.5%, and 6%, respectively. Tier qualification uses eligible new-business written premium from the trailing 12 months on policies still active: under $500,000 for Agent, $500,000 to under $1 million for Premier, and $1 million or more for Signature. Advancement and compensation follow the written agreement.
What is the life producer commission rate?
Life producers earn 60% of eligible carrier-paid commission on qualifying life business, based on verified carrier receipts. A qualifying quarterly bonus equals 5% of eligible base producer commission paid during the quarter. The 60% rate applies to eligible commission rather than policy premium; actual dollar amounts vary by carrier and product. The written agreement governs compensation and bonus eligibility.
Are these salaried or commission-only roles?
Both agent opportunities are commission-only independent contractor roles, offered on a 1099 basis. There is no guaranteed salary or income. You can use our earnings calculator to explore production scenarios before applying. Estimates are not guarantees.
Do I need a Texas insurance license?
Yes. An active Texas insurance license appropriate to the role is required at time of hire. Producers must also meet the applicable carrier authorization, training, and insurance requirements before submitting business.
What marketing support is available?
P&C Premier and Signature agents receive a personalized public agent page, an initial order of 100 branded business cards, and up to $150 per month in reimbursement for eligible lead purchases with supported invoices. Other carrier access, technology, education, marketing, and administrative resources depend on the role, business needs, availability, and written program terms. No lead volume is guaranteed; the P&C tier benefits do not automatically apply to life roles.
