The Agent’s Office®
AI Use Policy
At The Agent’s Office®, the professional work — your quotes, your coverage, and our recommendations — is produced by licensed people. We use artificial intelligence (AI) as a technical tool that helps us build our systems and present that work clearly. This page explains where we use AI, what it does and does not do, and how we protect the information you share with us.
Our approach
Three commitments govern how we use AI:
- The professional substance — quotes, coverage analysis, and recommendations — is produced by licensed people, not by AI.
- We use AI as a technical tool: to build our website and systems, and to present work a licensed professional has already produced.
- Nothing an AI-assisted feature shows you is a quote, a binder, or confirmation of coverage.
Where we use AI
Technology and systems
We build and maintain our website, internal tools, and document systems with AI-assisted development — coding, layout, and formatting. This is where we use AI most: technical execution, not insurance judgment.
Presenting your quotes and proposals
When you receive a proposal from us, a licensed agent produced the quote and the coverage information inside it. We then use document software we built with AI assistance to format and present that information as a clean, branded package. The software presents what a licensed professional produced — it does not create quotes, select coverage, or recommend what you should buy.
Interactive tools and estimators
Some tools on this site — such as coverage scenario and estimate features — use AI to display illustrative figures and examples. These are for education only. They are not quotes, they do not reflect a commitment from any insurance carrier, and they are subject to underwriting, carrier availability, and final pricing. Confirm any figure with a licensed agent before relying on it.
Educational content
Some of the articles and resources on this website are produced under the direction and review of our team, with AI assisting in production and publishing. They are provided for general information only and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed agent about your specific situation.
What AI does not do
- It does not produce quotes, select coverage, or make recommendations.
- It does not bind, issue, or confirm coverage.
- It does not replace the judgment or advice of a licensed insurance professional.
- It does not make decisions about your insurance.
Your information and privacy
We are careful with the information you share. The AI systems that power our tools do not retain your inputs to train their AI models. Using AI does not change the commitments in our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Accuracy and limitations
AI can make mistakes. Where we use AI-assisted tools, we review their output, but we do not guarantee that AI-generated information is complete, current, or free of error, and it should not be relied upon as professional, legal, tax, or financial advice.
When something affects your coverage, a licensed agent is your source of truth.
Human oversight
The substance of what we deliver — your quotes, your coverage, and our recommendations — is the work of licensed people. AI helps us build and present it; a licensed professional produces it and stands behind it.
About this page
This page reflects how we work. The direction and the decisions were our founder, George Azide’s; AI assisted with the drafting and formatting; and a licensed professional reviewed it before publication. AI handled the technical build — the judgment and the final word were human.
Changes to this policy
As our tools evolve, we may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
