The Stewardship Dividend

In most life insurance roles, there is no meaningful long-term income beyond trailing commissions. We created something different. Starting in Year 2, agents who maintain at least 85% persistency earn a quarterly dividend equal to 2.5% of their prior 12-month active annualized premium. Write quality business that stays on the books, and your income grows every quarter — not just when you close a new sale.

The Opportunity

As a Life Insurance Agent at The Agent’s Office®, you are not cold-calling strangers from a script. You are a financial protection advisor who helps families make one of the most important decisions of their lives — how to protect their income, their children, and their legacy if something happens to them.

We are an independent agency with direct access to top-rated life carriers including Penn Mutual, MassMutual, and Pan-American Life. That means you recommend the right product for the client — term, whole life, indexed universal life, key man coverage, or buy-sell funding — without being locked into a single company’s lineup.

Your commission rewards every sale. Your weekly performance bonuses — up to $250 per week — pay you for the daily discipline that separates producing agents from struggling ones: prospecting calls, quotes delivered, referrals earned, and applications submitted. And your Stewardship Dividend, beginning in Year 2, rewards you for writing business that stays — turning quality production into quarterly income that grows as your client base grows.

This is a role for someone who believes that protecting a family’s financial future is an act of stewardship, not just a transaction.

Your Mission

  • Prospect & Generate: Build pipeline through outbound calls, referral partnerships, social media positioning, and community networking. This is a producer role — we reward agents who create their own opportunities.
  • Consult & Discover: Lead values-based conversations that uncover financial goals, family obligations, and protection gaps. You are an advisor who listens first and recommends second.
  • Design & Present: Craft personalized strategies using term, whole life, and IUL products. Leverage carrier-specific strengths — Penn Mutual for cash value design, MassMutual for guaranteed products, PALIG for simplified issue — to maximize value for the client.
  • Retain & Grow: Maintain client relationships post-sale. High persistency earns your Stewardship Dividend — and satisfied clients become your strongest referral source.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Licensed: Active Texas Life & Health insurance license is required.
  • Passionate: You believe in the product you sell. Financial protection is not a commodity to you — it is a responsibility.
  • Consultative: Strong discovery and needs-analysis skills. You lead with questions, not product pitches.
  • Digital-Ready: Comfortable in a remote, digital-first environment. You can use video, social media, and CRM tools to build relationships at scale.
  • Values-Aligned: Integrity, stewardship, and excellence are the foundation of how we serve. If those words mean something to you, you belong here.

What We Provide

  • Top-Rated Carrier Access: Penn Mutual, MassMutual, Pan-American Life, and additional carriers — giving you the product depth to serve any client situation.
  • Leads & Marketing Support: Agency-generated leads, branded marketing materials, and a content engine that positions you as a trusted authority.
  • Advanced Case Design: Collaborate with agency leadership on complex cases — estate planning, key man, buy-sell funding, high net worth strategies — so you never have to figure it out alone.
  • Training & Product Workshops: Ongoing carrier training, product deep-dives, and sales strategy sessions to sharpen your craft.
  • Weekly Bonuses & Stewardship Dividend: Earn up to $250/week in performance bonuses. Starting in Year 2, receive quarterly dividends based on your active annualized premium and persistency.
  • Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere in Texas. Serve clients statewide with the support of a Frisco-based team behind you.
