Beginning in Month 13, eligible producers earn a quarterly bonus based on the persistency of their previous 12 months’ production. This bonus can equal up to 100% of your previous year’s commission earnings.

- The Apprentice (Trainee): Master the fundamentals of Quoting, Binding, and Policy Management in our systems.
- The Builder (Associate): Construct a consistent pipeline and achieve self-sufficiency in cross-selling.
- The Architect (Producer): Drive high volume, round accounts (Auto + Home + Umbrella), and manage retention.
- The Leader (Senior): Handle complex commercial accounts, mentor junior staff, and drive strategic agency growth.
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Professional: Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License is non-negotiable.
- Texas Resident: Must be a permanent resident of Texas (we are a local community agency).
- Sales Athlete: Previous sales experience preferred; you enjoy the thrill of the hunt.
- Steward Mindset: You understand that you are building a book of business within the agency, and you value stewardship over a quick sale.
