The Role
As a Client Service Representative (CSR) at The Agent’s Office®, you are the first line of defense for our brand. You aren’t just answering phones; you are solving problems for families in Frisco and North Texas. From handling billing questions to processing policy changes, your work directly impacts our client retention.
This is a W2 role designed for someone who loves stability, organization, and helping people, but still wants the opportunity to earn extra income daily through performance.
Your Mission
- Serve: Handle inbound service calls, billing questions, and policy changes with speed and empathy.
- Solve: Take ownership of client issues. If a claim is stuck or a bill is confusing, you are the guide who fixes it.
- Pivot: Spot coverage gaps (like a missing Life or Flood policy) and transfer the client to a Producer. Earn $10 per transfer, increasing to $25 if it sells!
- Delight: Generate 5-Star Google Reviews by providing exceptional service. Earn $10 for every review mentioning your name.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced: 1+ years of customer service or insurance support experience.
- Licensed: Texas P&C License preferred (or willingness to obtain it).
- Organized: You can manage a CRM, a ringing phone, and an email inbox without losing your cool.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Zoom, digital signatures, and cloud-based systems.
