The Opportunity
As a Client Service Representative at The Agent’s Office®, you are the first point of contact for our clients — and often the reason they stay. You are not just answering phones. You are solving problems for families across Texas, turning confusing billing situations into clear answers, and turning routine service calls into retention saves.
This is a part-time W2 role built for someone who thrives on organization, empathy, and helping people — but who also wants the opportunity to earn meaningful bonus income every single day. Every coverage gap you spot earns you a pivot bonus. Every five-star review earns you cash. And every week you hit your service activity targets, you earn additional performance bonuses of up to $250.
You are the backbone of client retention, and our compensation plan reflects that.
Your Mission
- Serve: Handle inbound service calls, billing questions, and policy change requests with speed, accuracy, and empathy. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen the client relationship.
- Solve: Take ownership of client issues — stuck claims, confusing bills, lapsed policies, reinstatements. You are the guide who resolves it, not the person who transfers it.
- Spot & Pivot: Identify coverage gaps during service interactions — a missing umbrella policy, no life insurance, outdated liability limits — and transfer the client to a producer. Earn $10 per qualified transfer, $25 if it results in a sale.
- Delight: Deliver service that earns five-star Google reviews. Ask for the review, earn the review, and get paid $10 for every one that mentions your name.
- Retain: Re-shop policies for clients considering cancellation. Retention saves are the most valuable service activity — they directly protect agency revenue and are heavily weighted in your weekly performance bonus.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced: 1+ years of customer service or insurance support experience. You know how to handle a frustrated caller and turn the conversation around.
- Licensed (Preferred): Texas Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain it. Licensed CSRs can handle more complex service requests and earn more pivot opportunities.
- Organized: You can manage a CRM, a ringing phone, and an email inbox simultaneously without losing your cool or dropping a task.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Zoom, electronic signatures, cloud-based agency management systems, and digital workflows.
- Bilingual (A Plus): English/Spanish bilingual candidates are highly valued — we serve a diverse Texas client base.
