Responsibilities
- Advise Clients: Help business owners and professionals understand their commercial auto insurance needs by delivering tailored, easy-to-understand solutions to protect their vehicles and assets.
- Quoting and Prospecting: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities by quoting potential clients, leveraging your network, cold calling, and using smart tools to find prospects across the Frisco area.
- Generate Referrals: Build strong referral relationships by consistently delivering value and earning trust with local clients and business owners.
- Marketing and Branding Yourself: Promote yourself as a go-to expert in commercial auto insurance through social media, personal branding, and community involvement.
- Sales Growth: Consistently hit and exceed sales targets through a mix of prospecting, referrals, and value-driven client conversations.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with industry updates, market changes, and Texas regulations to ensure clients always receive accurate, relevant guidance.
- Process Applications: Efficiently review, prepare, and submit applications to help clients get the coverage they need — without the delays or confusion.
- Remarkable Customer Experience: Provide a 5-star client experience by simplifying complex coverage terms and walking clients through the process with clarity and patience.
- Networking: Connect through industry events, community engagement, and relationship-building efforts to expand your client base.
- Follow Compliance: Uphold ethical sales practices and remain compliant with both regulatory guidelines and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Property & Casualty license required.
- Sales Experience: 2+ years in insurance, financial services, or customer service preferred.
- Track record of success in insurance or relationship-based sales.
- Clear, confident communicator with a client-first mindset.
- Organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage client pipelines.
Training & Development:
We believe iron sharpens iron. That’s why we provide structured, mandatory training designed to help you succeed from day one. Expect:
- Weekly team meetings on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30 AM,
- Daily virtual sessions at 4:00 PM focused on sales, lead generation, industry knowledge, and client success strategies.
All meetings are conducted via Zoom, and agents are expected to attend with cameras on. This rhythm helps create accountability, community, and results.
